MRI Report
Facility: Lifescan Imaging (Singapore Imaging Center Partner)
Clinic: CarePlus Vietnam
Technique:
MRI of the pelvis was performed on a 1.5T scanner using axial and coronal T1W, T2W, and STIR sequences.
No intravenous contrast was administered.
Imaging Findings:
Large subchondral bone cysts (geodes) in the femoral heads and acetabula bilaterally.
Irregular articular surfaces of both femoral heads and acetabula.
Bilateral hip joint space narrowing.
No joint effusion in either hip.
Synovial cyst located posterosuperior to the right hip joint, measuring approximately 2.5 x 3 cm.
No abnormal signal in the perihip soft tissues bilaterally.
Conclusion:
Bilateral hip osteoarthritis.
Posterosuperior synovial cyst of the right hip joint.
